I will advocate for accessible communication, meaningful family involvement, and opportunities for our community to provide input before important decisions are made. Building trust requires listening, responding, and ensuring families know their voices matter.</p>

<p><strong>Every student deserves</strong> to attend school in an environment where they feel safe, respected, valued, and supported. Our district must take concerns involving bullying, racism, discrimination, harassment, and student well-being seriously and respond with consistency, transparency, and care. I will support efforts that strengthen school climate, promote belonging, provide appropriate mental health and wellness resources, and ensure students and families know their concerns will be heard and addressed.</p>

I will support strong instruction, early intervention, targeted academic support, and thoughtful use of district resources to help students strengthen foundational skills and continue making meaningful progress. I also want our students to have access to enriching opportunities that allow them to discover their strengths, build confidence, and be well prepared for the next stage of their education.</p>
